Activities the Aquaculture Hacthery Technician will participate in include but are not limited to:
- Phytoplankton culture.
- Broodstock conditioning and spawning.
- Larval culture, nursery production.
- Equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Environmental monitoring and record keeping.
Requirements:
- A degree in marine biology/ natural sciences/ aquaculture or prior experience in this sector.
- Willingness to learn all stages of the breeding cycle and the ability to work in a team.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule depending on production.
- Working knowledge of Italian and a good knowledge of English.
